GRANT ROBINSON, FCA is the director of the SuccessCare® Program and an accountant who has been both the successor and the founder of a family business. Over the past 28 years, Grant has coached many entrepreneurs and their families through the process of planning for the future, and facilitated projects for both high profile and medium-sized businesses, many of whom were in a transition process. Grant acted upon his passion for family businesses and launched The SuccessCare® Program in 1996. In pursuit of his goal to ensure that business owners have a choice around the eventual “sale” of their business, Grant actively shares his wealth of knowledge and experience with other professional advisors through SuccessCare's experiential workshops and customized support programs. In addition, professionals from all disciplines engage Grant to provide specialized consulting and facilitation for their family business clients. Not only does he fully understand the pressures and challenges faced by today’s businesses, Grant also has the experience and skills required to lead them through the development and execution of practical strategies to resolve their concerns. Grant holds a certificate in family business consulting from the Family Firm Institute (FFI) and is a past member of the board for CAFÉ (The Canadian Association of Family Enterprise).
JOE BASIL is the President of SuccessCare Corporation USA Inc. and a lead coach and facilitator for The Role of the Most Trusted Advisor program. Joe has over twenty-five years of ownership, corporate management and entrepreneurial experience in the family business industry. He is the oldest of seven children of the Basil family whose businesses began in 1967 with one automobile dealership. Today the Basil family operates 7 automobile franchises and have expanded into other industries with annual sales in excess of $180 million, 8,000 retail units and over 300 employees. In his role as a family business advisor, Joe has managed or assisted in the acquisition/sale of numerous companies. Specializing in family business issues and business operations, he has proven leadership and management abilities in various industries, multi-function environments, strategic and tactical planning, transition management, and organizational development. Joe is graduate of both the family business consulting certificate program within the Family Firm Institute and the University of Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership. He also has a B.S. Degree in Marketing from Canisius College and an Associates Degree in Automotive Marketing from Northwood University.
 TERRI HEGGUM-ALLEN, CA has over 20 years of experience advising families in business, and, as a member of a third generation family business, is well aware of the challenges in running a family business. In her role as a family business consultant and coach, Terri helps families both celebrate their successes and deal with all issues that impact the future direction of their business. She has facilitated the design and development of transition plans, provided comprehensive estate planning services, conducted detailed analysis and compiled business plans for a variety of privately-owned businesses. As an educator for SuccessCare, Terri focuses on enhancing the facilitation skills of advisors and improving communication between all stakeholders in a family business. She is a member of FFI and holds their certificate in family business advising. For many years, Terri has actively supported the Canadian Association of Family Enterprise (CAFÉ), a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting the well-being and understanding of families in business, as past National Executive Director, co-facilitator for CAFE’s Family Business Meeting Facilitation Course, and chair of a Personal Advisory Group (PAG).
 JEFF NOBLE, CMC works with professional advisors to develop and enhance their role as their clients' most trusted advisor. Having been a strategic team member and director of the consulting division of two professional services firms during the past ten years, Jeff understands the challenges facing all process consultants and is well-qualified to be a SuccessCare educator and coach. Jeff's expertise includes helping professional advisors and entrepreneurs create world-class sustainable businesses. In addition to his focus on growth and development, he emphasized unique relationships and values within his coaching process in order to optimize both individual and business investments. His personal background in a fourth generation family business and subsequent fifteen years of experience consulting to privately-owned businesses has earned Jeff the reputation of a sensitive professional and a true process consultant who is passionate about his work. As a Certified Management Consultant, Jeff is accredited for his expertise in consulting and adherence to the highest standards of ethics. He is also a registered CAFÉ family business advisor, a member of the CAFÉ board, and a trained CAFÉ facilitator.
 DAPHNE MCGUFFIN is the program manager and creative director for SuccessCare and has been involved in adult education in the public, private and academic sectors for more years than she cares to admit. With a career spanning both Canada and Ireland, she has successfully developed curriculum and delivered training programs for a diverse group of clients including a national bank, a prominent market research firm and public educational institutions. Today, as an educator for The SuccessCare Program, she assists in the delivery of the Role of the Most Trusted Advisor and Changing Lanes programs. She also oversees the production of all advisor and family workshops, multimedia products and video case studies. Having played the role of the eldest child in a business family, Daphne understands the complexities facing family businesses. She became a KolbeTM Certified Specialist in order to help families understand their natural strengths and put people in the right roles. Daphne is a member of CAFÉ (The Canadian Association of Family Enterprise) and the Family Firm Institute, an international professional membership organization dedicated to providing interdisciplinary education and networking opportunities for family business advisors. She is past Vice-President of the Ontario Chapter of FFI.
