Level Four focuses on the integration of the learnings into your everyday practice so you can ultimately deliver sound business and/or financial strategies that meet your clients' needs.  You will identify the obstacles and strategies for developing your role as a family business advisor both with the client and behind the scenes.  You will further explore the process consulting model including successful facilitation, tracking and reporting techniques. You will also assess how the SuccessCare process and Integrated Transition Plan can be adopted or adapted to your practice.

Day Four ~ Learning Objectives:

  • Understand the interdisciplinary and collaborative approaches to family business consulting.
  • Gain clarity around the differences between expert, tactical and process consultants.
  • Understand the transition planning process through examination of typical consulting engagements.
  • Gain confidence in the role of facilitator.
Day Four ~ Learning Outcomes:
  • Assessment of your preferred role as a family business advisor.
  • Strategies to build the type of practice best suited to your needs.
  • Complete consulting process that can be used as is or adapted.
  • Facilitation techniques.
  • Tracking and monitoring mechanisms.
